Dawson Music Academy

The Dawson Music Academy provides a Christian environment for students of all ages to learn about music and improve musical skills. Each year over 225 students enroll in the academy, which is open year round for music lessons and classes. For more information or to register, email Layla Humphries or call her in the music office. We are excited to announce that we will be offering Kindermusik classes in the Spring 2010. More information will be available soon. You can click on the link below for more information about the instructors that will be teaching these classes. You do not have to register with the Dawson Music Academy, but register on this website: http://kindermusikotm.com Wednesdays 10:15-11:00 a.m.-- Our Time (18 months-3.5 years old) 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.—Village (Newborns-18 months) Thursdays 10:00-11:00 a.m.—Young Child (ages 5 to 7) 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.—Our Time (ages 18 months to 3.5)

Dawson Music Academy Youth String Orchestra
Conductor: Amanda Igo
Amanda Igo, conductor, has a Bachelor of Music Education with a concentration in string orchestra from Columbus State University and a Master of Music Performance with a concentration in violin from Georgia State University. Cost: $75/semester (No additional registration fee needed if enrolled in the dma.) Non-dma students must pay the $40 annual registration fee.
